PeaceHealth SHMC at Riverbend is seeking a Physical Therapist - Acute Therapy for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Day position. Hourly compensation starts at $37.73, more depending on experience.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.

Responsible for the evaluation of patients, determining plan-of-care and goals of treatment, participating in treatment of patients within the scope of Physical Therapy. May provide oversight to therapy assistants and/or students in following the plan-of-care and treatment of patients appropriate to the age of the patient served; may provide supervision to therapy aides and/or volunteers. Works as part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for the patient.

Oregon West Network – SHMC, University District, Oregon Rehabilitation Center: May be required to cover as an Admission Coordinator/Rehab PPS Coordinator
Oregon West Network – SHMC, University District, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services: Driver’s license preferred to allow caregiver to perform home visits as needed. For caregiver with valid driver’s license, documentation of both current driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
Oregon West Network, Cottage Grove Community Medical Center: Driver’s license preferred to allow caregiver to perform home visits as needed. For caregiver with valid driver’s license, documentation of both current driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
