PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinical Pain Management Pharmacy Specialist Lead for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position!
**Offering Relocation Assistance**
Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services, this position is responsible for managing the pharmacotherapy of complex, critically ill patients. This is an advanced practice, complex care Pharmacotherapist. This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions for assigned area. Assists with ensuring that departmental goals are achieved, timelines are met and service excellence provided in all aspects of work. Subject matter experts.
