PeaceHealth is seeking a Manager, Philanthropy for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.
Hourly compensation is $49.85 - $74.78; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
The Philanthropy Manager (PM) for PeaceHealth SW Medical Center Foundation is a new position whomanages all aspects of major gift fundraising, including campaigns. The PM carries a portfolio and has an annual goal to raise a minimum of $2M. The PM works in collaboration with the Network CDO and other leaders, staff, and volunteers to identify and classify prospective donors and ensure the implementation of timely cultivation and solicitation strategies. Responsible for managing major gift staff as well as maintaining the major gift prospect pipeline, plan, and timeline, fundraising progress reports, and goals, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities in support of fundraising goals and priorities.
Located in Vancouver, WA, PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is the community’s primary hospital, the only Level II Trauma Center in SW WA and the county’s largest employer. The hospital embarked on a Comprehensive Campaign in 2021 with a focus on doubling the size of the emergency department and re-structuring the way care is provided for complex, multiple-visit patients through community agency partnerships.
