Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a Director Mission Services for a Full Time, Day position.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
Hourly compensation is $52.23 - $78.35; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides counsel and leadership to enliven the mission, ministry and core values of PeaceHealth. Ensures the integration of mission, theology, ethics, Catholic Social Teaching, spirituality and community ministry by providing strategic direction, guidance and operational expertise to ensure that PeaceHealth is faithful to its purpose. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders; acts both as a part of the network executive leadership and as a member of the System Mission Services team to sustain and grow the ministry of PeaceHealth. Models, directs, controls and is accountable for facilitating mission integration, formation, clinical, organizational, and social ethics, spirituality & spiritual care, church and community ministries at a network level. Develops long and short-term mission/business strategies and operational plans, overseeing effective implementation. Manages the design, structure, development and planning issues. Responsible for human resources, budget, quality, service and regulatory compliance for areas of responsibility.
