PeaceHealth is seeking a BH Clinician Licensed for a full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day position. The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $40.22 – $66.37. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
As a part of the strategic plan, PeaceHealth is striving to integrate Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHCs) into all of the primary care clinics. This includes the family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric clinics in Eugene, Springfield, Florence, and Cottage Grove, which are in the Willamette Valley and Central Coast of Oregon. The BHC will be a fully integrated member of the medical team providing evidence-based interventions to optimize population health. Job Summary
Coordinates and oversees the plan of care and service delivery of behavioral health consumers across the continuum of illness; promotes effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources; and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Provide services to consumers with commercial insurance and Medicaid and Medicare.
