PeaceHealth is seeking a RN - Operating Room - Training Position for a Part Time, 0.63 FTE, Day position.
Hourly compensation is $37.83 - $73.90 - hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
Cardiovascular operating room nurses work as part of Surgical Services/OR, caring for both the intraoperative cardiac patients as well as all other service lines including general, ortho, vascular, neuro, urology, ENT, etc. The CVOR RN works in cardiovascular operating rooms in both the scrubbed person and circulating roles. In addition to providing direct patient care, the CVOR RN also provides clinical problem solving, quality monitoring, and coordination of care for the CVOR.
Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.
