- PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington
- PeaceHealth St. John's Medical Center in Longview, Washington
- PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Medical Center in Cottage Grove, Oregon
- PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon
- PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon
- PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Hospital in Florence, Oregon
- PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center in Ketchikan, Alaska

What you bring:
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Certification within the specialized modality
- Applicable state licensure within the specialized modality
- AHA BLS Provider certification
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
