This position can be performed fully remote. If telecommuting, PeaceHealth will provide the caregiver with necessary computer equipment. It is the responsibility of the caregiver to provide Internet access. Caregiver must reside in OR, WA, AK or TX.

Job summary:

Oversees and coordinates foundation project management activities. Manages initiatives, vendor management, program development and maintenance, integration activity oversight and general project management activities. Serves as the primary contact point on these activities with direct interaction with foundation leadership team as related to project and vendor interaction. Identifies and communicates key issues and priorities with the foundation leadership team. Performs administrative duties for foundation management team. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations.

Essential functions:

  1. Oversees the daily operations of foundation project management activities, including scheduling, staffing and policy and procedure applications, goal setting, TSP coordination and other project management related tasks.
  2. Participates in and manages program project plans including design activities to improve clarity of purpose, identification of stakeholder ownership, and understanding of interdependencies between programs and projects, improving the probability of successful and timely deployment.
  3. Provides daily support for executive staff. Facilitates workflow for accurate and successful completion of assignments/projects by computer applications that include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentations.
  4. Composes, produces, and facilitates timely distribution of various correspondences with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  5. Manages appointment calendars, coordinates meetings, reviews mail, as directed, monitors budget and responds as appropriate.
  6. Works closely with executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, and other team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  7. Coordinates department budget, tracking expenditures, purchase of network hardware/software, etc. with budget authority as delegated for assigned areas. Forecasts costs, equipment, connectivity, and personnel needs for projects and programs.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training .
  • Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience required.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills across mediums. Ability to customize communication strategies based on a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully working with stakeholders to build credibility, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and advisor.

  • Ability to research, analyze, and gather data to prepare concise, logical summaries and reports across a variety of topics.
  • Strong written communication skills to prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of correspondence and reports for correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and syntax with excellent attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with diverse groups, including caregivers, physicians, donors, boards, volunteers and administrators.
  • Ability to travel within assigned network and occasionally to other locations in the PeaceHealth service area.

  • Proficient in Windows based PC applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Schedule+ Outlook.)
