Painter - Facilities for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Variable position. Hourly compensation starts at $24.84, more depending on experience.

Performs all job functions generally associated with the painting trade.

Job duties:

1. Serves as a mentor and provides instruction and training to fellow caregivers on safe and proper painting activities.
2. Estimates material needs and develops purchase requisitions.
3. Performs all general basic maintenance and repair tasks as required.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Post high school painting apprenticeship or other equivalent formalized training preferred.
• Five years of commercial painting experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or less.
