PeaceHealth is seeking am Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Cardiology leadership team at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. In collaboration with Management team, this role will provide leadership for the Cardiology Evening Shift; four -10 hour shifts per week; 1400-0100.

Hourly compensation is $52.23 - $78.35; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.

Interesting in applying? We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
  • BSN required or actively enrolled in program with a targeted graduation date w/in 3 years of date of hire.
  • Minimum of three years applicable nursing experience required.
  • Recent charge nurse experience within the last two years preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Work requires fairly light physical exertion up to 33% of the time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or less.
  • Work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation, or sharp instruments. Reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more.
  • Job duties frequently require intense concentration and attention to detail (34-65% of work time).
