PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center has a full-time opportunity for a paneled Family Medicine Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in beautiful Longview, Washington. The services at the Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic will include family practice, same-day care, select occupational health screenings, and limited ancillary services. Access to behavioral health services on the campus of the hospital. Our community offers excellent schools and exceptional housing options. Incredible outdoor activities in the historic Columbia River Gorge or visit the nearby Pacific Ocean, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Hood.

Highlights about the practice:

• Schedule: Flexible 4-to-5-day workweek
• Call: ~1:20, evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and includes one working weekend at the same day clinic once per quarter
• Join a primary care team of close to 35 providers
• NCQA Level II Medical Home, a state-of-art newer clinic with on-site digital x-ray
• Provider preference 1:1 Medical Assistant, with a panel, and seeing up to ~20-22 patients per day
• On-site:
• • Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services, In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
• St. John Medical Center, a 193-bed acute-care hospital, Level III Trauma Center, a group of primary care and specialty physicians with clinics in the Longview area.
