PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center has a full time Family Medicine Physician in Longview, Washington. Highlights about the Lakefront Clinic:

• Schedule: Flexible 4 to 5 day work week dependent on 34 patient contact hours
• Call: ~1:15, evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and includes a working weekend at the same day clinic once per quarter
• Join a primary care team of close to 35 providers
• NCQA Level II Medical Home, state-of-art newer clinic with on-site digital x-ray
• Provider preference Medical Assistant, seeing ~20-22 patients per day
• On-site:
• Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic, Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomist, Behavioral health support services, In-house Controlled Substance Management and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
• St. John Medical Center, a 193-bed acute-care hospital, Level III Trauma Center, a group of primary care and specialty physicians with clinics in the Longview area.
