PeaceHealth is seeking an RN for our busy Labor & Delivery Unit . This Training Position is a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position. Hourly compensation is $36.73 – $71.57; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In compliance with Article 13.2.3 (WSNA Contract), nurses transferring into this training position shall not be eligible to transfer to another unit for a period that is double the period of initial orientation or training. Generally orientation in these training periods takes 6 months so nurses are ineligible to transfer for 12 months.
Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.
