PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Electrodiagnostics Technician - Exercise Test Lab for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Day position. Hourly compensation is $23.18 – $36.17; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Assists the physician in performing exercise stress testing on the patient.

About the position:

  1. Assists physician with stress testing.
  2. Performs scanning and analysis of ambulatory rhythm monitors.
  3. Processes transtelephonic event-recording data.
  4. Interprets and edits EKG data. Reports test results.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Successful completion of arrhythmia identification program required.
  • Background in cardiovascular anatomy, physiology and electrophysiology preferred.
  • CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician) preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
  • Minimum one year recent treadmill testing experience required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
