PeaceHealth is seeking a per diem Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to assist with MICU/CVICU and/or pulmonary clinic coverage at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. Expectation is approximately 4 shifts per month, filling in when needed.

Join a team of 15 Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Clinicians specifically covering the intensive care units.

• Our group employs a 24/7/365 shift-based multidisciplinary Critical Care model
  
• 24-bed Medical ICU and 24-bed CVICU
• ICU shifts are 8-hours per day with day, evening and night shifts--including weekends
• Schedules are confirmed 90 days in advance
• 8-12 inpatients/shift
  
• 3-5 admissions during the day and 1-4 admissions at night
• EPIC EMR

• PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a 450-bed hospital with a Level II trauma center. The Emergency Department is the busiest in Southwest Washington, caring for over 76,000 patients yearly.
• State-of-the-art 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation floor provides intensive therapy services.
• Our integrated physician-led medical group has over 1,000 active medical providers with most specialty services represented.

Position is paid at an hourly rate of $223.34 and includes medical malpractice insurance.
