Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinical Supv Behavior Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. Hourly compensation is $39.24 – $58.86; hiring rate dependent on qualifications, professional experience, and/or work location.
Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring the overall services in assigned area, developing quality and performance indicators, gathering data for analysis as well as ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services and stewardship of resources. Responsible for staffing and scheduling. Also responsible for taking leadership position related to referrals, admissions, length of stay, discharges and development of the therapeutic program, relying on evidence-based, culturally responsive and trauma informed practices. Provides operational leadership and guidance to mental health clinicians in assigned area. Works with the management team in creating a culture of support and respect, patient safety, healing, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
