Join our mission-based Hospice team at PeaceHealth University District. 

Practice details:

  • Well established, experienced stable Hospice program
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred, not required
  • Call schedule: 1:3
  • We provide Hospice care and services to the greater Eugene/Springfield community
  • Well supported multidisciplinary team environment focused on providing patient care and working collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues with PeaceHealth
