Description
PeaceHealth is seeking an RN - Hospice House for a Part Time, 0.70 FTE, Variable position. Hourly compensation is $39.21 – $74.43; hiring rate dependent on qualifications, professional experience, work location, and/or terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing direct skilled nursing care and coordination/management of patients admitted to hospice/clinic services using considerable judgment and skill in making patient care decisions. Utilizes the professional healthcare process of assessment, problem identification/planning/intervention and clinical/goal outcome evaluation.
