PeaceHealth is seeking a New Grad RN Inpatient for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position as part of our Nurse Residency Program. Start your career as a RN in our Medical Unit at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where you’ll provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to enter a program providing technical excellence as well as nursing excellence, compassionate care for our patients and community. The Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive transition to practice program offering interactive, evidence-based curriculum designed to build clinical skills and competency in patient outcomes, leadership and the professional nurse role. This is a 12-month program reflecting the Mission, Vision and Values of PeaceHealth.

Hourly compensation isWSNA Contract
