PeaceHealth is looking for a per diem OB/GYN for the team in Ketchikan, Alaska!  

Experience Ketchikan, Alaska - a friendly, family-oriented community in scenic Southeast Alaska, just an hour and a half flight from Seattle. Enjoy the idyllic scenery, abundant wildlife, and great opportunities for hiking, fishing, boating. Entrance to the famed Inside passage, a network of waterways, Ketchikan is on an island accessible by jet or ferry and boasts an incredibly rich, native culture - the southern tip of the panhandle calls itself the Salmon Capital of the World.

Position Highlights

  • 50/50 OB / GYN
  • Assignment is 8-10 days/month, including clinic and first call days dependent on length of assignment
  • 1:4 first call
  • Group consists of 3 full time, hospital-employed physicians 
  • 120-160 deliveries annually
  • Airfare, lodging, transportation provided
  • EPIC EMR
  • Candidate must live in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, or Texas

Benefits & Compensation 

  • Relief Hourly Rate: $220.36 for clinic hours
  • Additional compensation for coverage that includes call, weekend call, and weekend call back hours
  • Airfare, lodging, and transportation provided for all assignments
  • Malpractice
