Take your career to the next level as a RN in our Inpatient Rehab Unit at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where you’ll provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.

This is a per diem, night shift position from 1830-0700. Hourly compensation is $37.83-73.90; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement. 

  • Our Inpatient Rehab unit is a 14-bed (all private rooms) newly remodeled, hospital-based physical rehabilitation program specifically designed to help patients become as independent as possible following an injury or illness.
  • You will join a multidisciplinary team (including MD, rehab nursing, case management and therapy disciplines) that work towards the common goal of maximizing function for safe community discharge.
  • Patients with primary neurologic or medical complex diagnoses receive at least three hours of therapy five to six days a week, which can include physical, occupational, and speech therapies based on individualized need. Our staff of 10 therapists provides excellent professional collaboration.

What you bring:

  • Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work requires active physical exertion up to 33% of the time; ability to lift objects weighing 80 lbs. or less; work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation or sharp instruments; reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more; and duties require the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail (more than 65% of work time).
