PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide 100% remote support for our robust team of primary care providers throughout Vancouver, WA. PeaceHealth Clinicians are deeply integrated into the community and have a strong desire to care for their neighbors. The Remote Triage & Telemedicine Family Nurse Practitioner will partner with the RN Triage team to provide patient care through telephone triage and telehealth visits. This is a great opportunity to achieve the work/life balance you’ve been looking for! The ideal FNP candidate will have a strong triage background with more than two years of primary care clinician experience. Candidates must possess a Washington and Oregon license, and can reside in WA, OR, or AK.


Job Details & Highlights:

  • Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and no call responsibilities. Using EPIC EMR.
  • Participates as a member of the PHMG remote clinician team providing telephone triage and virtual patient visits. 
  • Assess needs of patients and have ability to convert triage call to video visit to complete care. NP will have oversight and decision making capacity for patients eligibility for video visits. Also, serving as a clinical expert to the RN Triage team members.
  • Working daily with the Triage RNs in a shared call structure to respond to incoming symptom based calls.
  • Responsible for advanced level of nursing evaluation, clinical assessment, prescribing and monitoring medications and follow-up care for patient.
