Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Physician Assistant with at least one year of post-certification work in Orthopedics, both clinic and surgical
• Interest in supporting the elective practice as well as rotating through the Rapid Access Clinic, a daily afternoon clinic for patients that need a quicker follow up / consult
• Interest in being part of a high-energy, busy clinic with a supportive PA team
• A strong team player

Practice Highlights

• Clinic is in the Medical Office Plaza near St. Joseph Medical Center
• Regular Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 33 total staff members at the clinic, including 7 surgeons and 7 PAs
• Orthopedic Trauma program includes 3 physicians and 3 PAs
• Onsite Imaging and Laboratory
• Epic EHR

• Guaranteed first-year income, based on years of direct experience (0-3, 3-5, 5-9, 10+):  $136,989-$173,513.00
• Employment Bonus
• Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
• Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
• CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)
