PeaceHealth is seeking a Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Department for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Night position. The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $52.23 – $78.35. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
The position is responsible for providing managerial assistance to the Nurse Manager. This position is directly accountable to the Nurse Manager and is responsible for support in the following areas: hiring; staffing and scheduling; orientation; performance assessment; budget monitoring; maintaining and establishing patient care standards; policies and procedures.

Unit certification may be required in the following areas:
Cath Lab Department- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience is required.
SHMC RB – At request of Clinical Leadership, ED Assistant Nurse Manager for this specific location may be assigned the additional role of Assistant Nurse Manager for Clinical Decision Unit and will have CareConnect access to support this function.
