Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Interest in delivering this well-received service to our patients and community

Practice Highlights

• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM; Saturday-Sunday 8AM-6PM
• 0.75 FTE is a 3 10-hour day per week schedule
• 25-30 patients per day; no patient panel
• Clinic is located on hospital campus, with access to specialists, nearby lab and imaging facilities
• Each provider is supported by a Certified Medical Assistant and an RN
• No call
• Epic EHR

• Guaranteed first-year income for the 0.75 FTE: $90,000.00
