PeaceHealth is seeking a Leave of Absence Consultant for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $36.55 – $54.83. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
This remote role requires the incumbent must reside in OR, WA, AK or TX by date of hire.
Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the PeaceHealth leave of absence program, while ensuring compliance with all PeaceHealth policies, contracts, collective bargaining agreements and leave regulations. Navigates and provides policy interpretation, ensures legal compliance, and provides robust program management to address issues proactively to minimize risk. Oversees relationship and program setup with third party vendor to ensure leave and disability administration is held to a high service standard and meeting performance guarantees. Serves as a subject matter expert and resource for HR Partners, caregivers and managers.
