You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services. The services at the Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, select occupational health screenings, and limited ancillary services. Access to behavioral health services on the campus of the hospital. Our community offers excellent schools and exceptional housing options. Incredible outdoor activities in the historic Columbia River Gorge or visit the nearby Pacific Ocean, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Hood. Highlights about the practice:

• Schedule: Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, with In-basket support
• Call: ~1:20, evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and includes one working weekend at the same day clinic once per quarter
• 32 exam spaces, with close to 35providers, clinic on hospital campus, with on-site digital x-ray
• 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, paneled position, and seeing up to ~20-22 patients per day
• PeaceHealth Lakefront Primary Care Clinic
• Onsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services, 
• In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
