Position Title: Physical Therapist
Position Duties: Responsible for the evaluation of patients, determining plan-of-care and goals of treatment, participating in treatment of patients within the scope of Physical Therapy. Administer therapy treatments to patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or surgery. Use techniques such as heat, electricity, water, muscle manipulation, massage, and exercise. Works as part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for the patient.
Specific Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted).
2. Current Physical Therapist License from the State of Washington
3. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
4. Current CGFNS or FCCPT Certification (if applicable)
5. Employment will be contingent upon passing background check, drug test and compliance with any PeaceHealth COVID vaccination policies in place at time of hire
Pay Range :$44.25- $66.37
The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
