What you'll do:

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff
• Manage resources and ensure fiscal responsibility
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
• Promote problem-solving and patient safety

What you bring:

• Current Washington or Multistate RN license
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of experience in acute care setting
• BSN or MSN preferred; must obtain BSN with 3 years of hire.
