We foster a collaborative hospital environment, averaging 8 - 12 patients, single Hospitalist coverage, 173 shifts/year (7 on and 7 off) rotating day and night shifts throughout the year. 

Practice Highlights:

• Experienced Internal Medicine Hospitalist comfortable working in a critical access hospital environment
• Open 4 bed ICU ventilator management
• Variety of medically complex patients 
• Clinician Wellbeing program that promotes work -life balance and support
