PeaceHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager - supporting  the Float Pool for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Evening position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $58.88 – $88.32. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

PeaceHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our leadership team at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. This leadership position will support the evening shift for Nursing Float Pool.

Interesting in applying? We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
  • BSN required or actively enrolled in program with a targeted graduation date w/in 3 years of date of hire.
  • Minimum of three years applicable nursing experience required.
  • Recent charge nurse experience within the last two years. 

Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work requires fairly light physical exertion up to 33% of the time, ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or less, work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation, or sharp instruments, reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more, and job duties frequently require intense concentration and attention to detail (34-65% of work time).
