Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a Pathology Specialist for a Part Time, 0.50 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $27.06 – $40.58. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Job Summary
Responsible for support for the Pathology department. Utilizes the pathology lab information system to assist pathology staff and clients. Provides support for cytology department and pathology transcriptionists. Understands Anatomic Pathology processes to ensure effective operations and communications. Assists with statistics, billing, and send-outs.
