If you are looking for a community that offers amazing outdoor recreation but enjoys quick access to big-city amenities, then our practice could be a great place for you!

Highlights about the practice:

• Consider joining a practice with three Internists and tremendous room for growth
• Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full-time, 4-5 day work week, with 1:1 MA support, and no call
• See ~14-16 patients daily, with dieticians and CDE resources available
• EPIC EMR with large referral base from primary care and specialists
• Onsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services, 
• In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
