The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $38.16 – $53.40. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.

PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Riverbend is a State-of-the-art tertiary, Level II Trauma Center and our team of 85+ Respiratory Therapists at Sacred Heart Riverbend work on clinical floors and pediatrics.
What our Respiratory Therapists enjoy:
Our Neonatal Respiratory Therapists get to work with our smallest of patients. They get to attend deliveries, intubate, administer surfactant, manage conventional and high frequency ventilators, manage airways during surgical procedures, as well as collaborate with nursing and neonatologists. And some even join our Neonatal transport team which services our outlying hospitals and transports babies to higher levels of care based on patient needs.
Respiratory Therapists at PeaceHealth care for the Cardio-Pulmonary needs of all assigned patients, from those who are undergoing routine diagnostic procedures to those requiring more complex critical care support, intervention, and transport support, as applicable to care setting. The work requires a team focus working collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team aimed toward the best outcome for the patient and organization.
