PeaceHealth is seeking a Manager Patient Services - Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $64.78 – $97.18. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Manager for our Home Health team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree (BSN), 5+ years of Home Health experience, and a strong background in management and budgeting. Preferred candidates will have a Master’s in Nursing (MSN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee department operations, staff performance, and patient care outcomes
• Manage budgeting, financials, and scheduling for optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain compliance and quality standards
• Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Active RN license
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and computer proficiency
