PeaceHealth is seeking a Behavioral Health Grant Coordinator for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $31.70 – $47.54. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of behavioral health grants and projects. Coordinates all grant and project operations. Serves as point person for sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Details of the position

  • Evaluates Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assesses feasibility of proposed grant project. Organizes and participates in grant writing. Serves as point person for grant sponsors.
  • Works with grant and research team and supervisor to ensure grants are conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as the standards of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and policies and procedures mandated by the grant sponsor.
  • Monitors enrollment and provides enrollment updates for clinical team and sponsor. Ensures compliance with protocols and documentation requirements. Attends all required trainings and tracks training requirements for the study team.
  • Performs grant and research activities including recruitment, informed consent, assessments, questionnaires, maintenance of regulatory binder, and data entry.
  • Serves as central contact for the Institutional Review Board when applicable and submits all project materials for review and monitoring.
  • Conducts clinical psychiatric evaluations, including the SCID (Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Master's Degree Required: Social Work or related field or
  • Master's Degree Required: Counseling or related field or
  • Master's Degree Required: Psychology or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years Required: Grant or research experience

  • Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support and
  • Required : Drivers License
