PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinical Manager Behavioral Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $60.06 – $90.08. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Director Service Lines -Behavioral Health, the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary mental health team. Responsible for the provision of exceptional, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. Coordinates the day-to-day functions of the clinic/program ensuring that departmental goals are achieved, timelines are met and service excellence is provided in all aspects of work. Scope of work includes program implementation, quality improvement, quality assurance, and program strategy.
