Description
PeaceHealth is accepting applications for our upcoming Nurse Residency Program at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to enter a program providing technical excellence as well as nursing excellence, compassionate care for our patients and community. The Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive transition to practice program offering interactive, evidence-based curriculum designed to build clinical skills and competency in patient outcomes, leadership and the professional nurse role. This is a 12-month program reflecting the Mission, Vision and Values of PeaceHealth.
Opportunities vary per cohort, placement possible in Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Neurology, Cardiology, ICU step down, or Float Pool units. Start dates are determined by looking at several factors: NCLEX, Licensing, relocation and department needs. If you are interested in multiple PeaceHealth locations, you must submit an application to each hospital you are interested in.
