Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive wound and ostomy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Offer pre- and post-operative counseling and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide expert wound and ostomy care.
• Perform medication administration and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide education and in-services to staff on wound, ostomy, skin, and incontinence care.

What You'll Need:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Completion of a Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (WOCN) program.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required upon hire).
• Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON) certification (required within 1 year).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
