PeaceHealth seeks a Director of Volunteer Services, in Springfield, OR. 

We seek a Healthcare Director of Volunteer Services, who has a proven track record for:

• Supporting the development of culture around building relationships,
• Creating a compassionate, committed team within the hospital and creating a healing environment.

This Network position will report to a member of the Oregon Network Executive Team and is responsible for overall organization, operation, personnel and management of the Volunteer Services Department utilizing independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making, demonstrating leadership and problem solving in a Hospital/Acute care setting.

Qualifications for the Director, Volunteer Services role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required
• Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) preferred.
• Minimum of five years management experience in a Volunteer Services, Public Relations, or Human Resources in a hospital/healthcare setting, or related field preferred.
• Computer skills to include knowledge of MS Office Suite, Volgistics, and ability to navigate multiple software sites simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with internal programs.
