We are seeking a Senior Clinic Manager in scenic Florence, Oregon. In this role will lead several specialty clinics while working with a fabulous group of providers.

This position oversees a large group of specialty clinics with 20 providers and 25 caregivers. This position’s primary focus will be provider, caregiver, and patient satisfaction, maintaining efficient workflows, successfully implementing innovative processes, and meeting financial and operational targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a large group of caregivers and providers with a focus on team dynamics and Lean principles. Must have superb organizational skills and the ability to use critical thinking skills to prioritize. Creativity, optimism, and flexibility are a must!

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires 4+ years of progressive leadership and clinic/clinical operations management experience

Physical / Cognitive Requirements

• Work requires fairly light physical exertion from 34 to 65% of the time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 30 lbs. or less.
• Work requires frequent exposure to conditions involving minor cold, heat, poor ventilation or sharp instruments such as syringes or lancets. Reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more.
• Job duties frequently require intense concentration and attention to detail (34-65% of work time).
