PeaceHealth is seeking experienced RN's for Home Health and Hospice in the beautiful communities of Vancouver, Washington and Eugene, Oregon! Minimum requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing required
• WA or OR state RN license
• Hospice - Minimum 2 years current medical/surgical or long-term care, including one year of Hospice or end of life experience
• Home Health - Minimum 2 years current medical/surgical or long-term care
• Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider required
