PeaceHealth seeks a Director of Nursing in our Longview Washington facility that will be responsible for providing leadership over Care Management in a 346 bed, level III trauma center. This Leader will be directing nursing practice and clinical functions for assigned nursing units to develop, promote and implement clinical services as a nursing professional practice environment for its journey to Magnet. They will ensure that exceptional medicine and compassionate care is delivered with a strategic plan in the rebuild and enhancement of the Care Management platform. They will partner closely with internal stakeholders and community leaders to evaluate and enhance Patient Care Programs. With strong technology understanding this Nurse leader will help develop better utilization of the EMR system and create more opportunities to advance as a cohesive team.
