Job Description


Ideal Candidate

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • 1-2 years of post-training experience in Family Medicine preferred
  • Demonstrated confidence and expertise in clinical management of patients
  • Desire to work with the underserved; experience working with indigent or rural population preferred
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

The Practice

  • Clinic culture is positive, helpful, and friendly
  • Clinic Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Approximately 15-20 patients per day
  • Shared call is 1:15
  • Imaging, Lab and Specialists available onsite; hospital is next door
  • Care Management, Diabetes Educator, Operations Leadership onsite
  • Epic EMR
