The Hospice team at PeaceHealth values excellent, safe, individualized, and compassionate patient care.

  • Meeting patients and families to evaluate eligibility for Hospice.
  • Diagnose and care for patients with terminal illnesses.
  • Collaborating with physicians, chaplains, social workers, and the palliative care team to provide education and services to patients and their families.
  • Inpatient position with flexibility to see patients in their homes if needed.
  • Hospice team continues to receive high provider satisfaction scores.
  • Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.
