JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing diversified duties in the kitchen. Duties include, but are not limited to dishwashing, cleaning, trash removal, assisting with meal assembly and delivery. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room.
• May assist in the assembly of patient food trays. 
• Deliver and retrieves patient food carts to patient floors. Delivers floor stock to patient floors.
• Checks and records dish machine temperatures in HACCP log.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for trash removal and recycling

•  Food Handlers Card - Washington
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
