PeaceHealth is seeking an exceptional relief Nurse Practitioner to join a vibrant multi-disciplinary Hospice Care team in Vancouver and Longview, Washington.

At PeaceHealth, Our Vision is that every person receives safe, compassionate care; every time, every touch. The PeaceHealth Hospice Care team is dedicated to easing the fears, anxieties, and discomforts that occur during the advanced stages of illness. The team provides a full continuum of care for patients and their families. Medical, spiritual, and emotional assistance helps patients and their families to ease the symptoms of life-threatening illnesses. This opportunity will require traveling throughout Clark and Cowlitz County. Candidates with one-year of Provider Hospice-Palliative care experience preferred and a certification in Hospice & Palliative Care is highly desired.

There are many trees, birds, otters, and duck families. Longview is a short one hour drive to the Pacific Ocean.
