Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Interest in delivering this well-received service to our patients and community

The Practice

• New clinic space in our Multi-specialty Clinic
• Clinic hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• All walk-in appointments
• 15-20 patients per day; no patient panel
• Access to specialists as well as Lab and Imaging onsite
• Epic EHR
