Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a RN Home Health Visiting Nurse - Home Health for a Part Time, Variable position. Hourly compensation is $39.21 - $74.43; hiring rate dependent on qualifications, professional experience, work location, and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsible for working collaboratively with the Case Manager RN to provide direct skilled nursing care of patients admitted to home care services. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, problem identification/intervention implementation to achieve goal outcomes.
