PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a Day shift position at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. This is a .9 FTE, working three 12-hour day shifts each week in our 24-bed Intensive Care Unit. This position is eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus, continuing education incentives as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement and a successful wellness program. Hourly compensation starts at $41.35, more depending on experience.

Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.
REGION/LOCATION SPECIFIC NOTES
Southwest Medical Center:
ICU – Management of ventriculostomy, EVD, and ICP. Nursing care of patients with non-traumatic ICH, non-traumatic SAH, seizures. Nursing care of patients post tPA, thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, carotid artery stenting and intra-cranial stenting. Management of blood pressure abnormalities with parenteral vasoactive agents. Completion of complex neurological assessments/scales.
